According to aVariety report,Eagle Eyedirector D.J. Caruso is set to the direct an motion picture based on Visceral Games’Dead Space. The production of the film is in its very early stages; there isn’t even a script or studio attached just yet.
The Variety report also mentions that Electronic Arts “is working on the second and third installments” of the series, likely referring to the upcomingDead Space: Extractionand the more-or-less confirmedDead Space 2.
