You know, I appreciate the concept of the beloved icons of my favorite hobby merging into the fashion world — if done well. This rarely happens, and while the results can be humorous (seePac-Man head models), they’re usually not something that any geek I know woul dbe caught dead wearing, fashion-conscious or not.
Anyway, Giles Deacon is the designer behind the dress,and while I couldn’t find the cost listed anywhere, it’s probably more than my car. What’s up with the corpsey makeup, though, Giles? I’d think a Pac-Man theme would warrant bright faces and shiny lips rather than models looking scant and tired.
