Microsoft has acknowledged thatCall of Duty: Black Opsfans might be having difficulty downloading the exclusiveFirst Strikemap pack, which launched this morning for $15.

According to an Xbox.com service alert, users might not be able to download the $15 content from their dashboard, and has instead told customers that they can spend their $15 on Xbox Live’s web-based marketplace, or via theBlack Opsin-game storefront.

“Users may be unable to purchase the following DLC for Call ofDuty Black Ops: First Strike: Pack 1when using the Xbox 360 console,” said Microsoft of the $15 map pack. “This content is available in theCOD Black Opsin game store and from Xbox.com. We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.”

Call of Duty: Black Ops‘ First Strike DLC is only available for the Xbox 360 at the time of writing and costs $15.
