Beenox’sSpider-Man: Shattered Dimensionswas pretty good, so it’s not the worst news to hear that Activision has tasked them with being the primary developer of upcoming Spider-Man games.
“Beenox’s creative vision reinvigorated the Spider-Man gaming experience among critics and fans inSpider-Man: Shattered Dimensions,” Patrick Kelly, Senior Vice President of Activision Studios says. “We can’t wait to see where this talented studio will take this franchise in the future.”
“Being able to map out Spider-Man’s interactive future gives us the creative freedom to really craft the best gaming experience for the fans,” remarks Beenox studio head, Dee Brown.
Unfortunately, for now, that’s all we know — more Spider-Man games are on the way, and Beenox is handling them. Good to know.
