According to an official announcementon the official Xbox website,Fable II’s‘Knothole Island’ DLC will not be hitting Xbox Live Marketplace until “late January 2009” because of “unexpected technical difficulties.” This marks thesecond delayof the content that was originally supposed to debut on December 12. ‘Knothole Island’ will introduce players to a new landmass with several new quests, items, properties, and enemies. The source of the problem could be tied into its nature – the developer of the content, Lionhead, were going to put two different versions out for consumers....

Despite the fact that the opponent characters seem to be lucky sons of bitches, it’s a fun game that looks like it’ll be super rewarding for those who put the time in....

Ubisoft has announced the first bit of downloadable content forAssassin’s Creed: Brotherhoodtoday, and it’s the free multiplayer-oriented “Animus Project Update 1.0.” The update will bring a brand new game mode called “Advanced Alliance,” a more difficult version of the game’s “Alliance” mode. It will support three teams of two players a piece. Also being added is a new multiplayer map, “Mont Saint-Michel,” which is set on the island of Normandy in France....

The League of Gentlemenis one of the greatest sketch shows of all time. A dark comedy with running plotlines, it was both innovative, horrific and hilarious.
