The content will introduce the game’s new protagonist Chuck Greene, as well as his daughter, along with new game mechanics like item combinations to create weapons and more....

Despite long-standing rumors that Blu-ray compatibility would be coming to the Xbox 360 in some way, shape or form, Microsoft man Robbie Bach claims that customersdon’t really care for it, reinforcing that the company has “no plans” to support the disc format. “It’s not a feature we get a ton of requests for,” claimed the entertainment and devices boss.“We really don’t. Yup. Here’s a trailer forOrcs Must Die!that focuses its attention on one of the game’s assorted traps, the Arrow Wall. Witness the casual slaying of dozens of orcs with the well-planned application of these devices. Watching this video makes me think of Tecmo’sDeceptionseries, which shared the idea of being chased by enemies and implementing traps both of your own design and in the environment. Of course, there are a lot more enemies here and your character actually seems combat-capable which makes things pretty different....

As part of tonight’s massive Nintendo press conference, a new special edition DSi LL was announced for the Japanese market. The Super Mario Bros. 25th Anniversary DSi LL is crimson with black border and has little icons of the mushroom, fire flower and starman power-ups in line with the camera. The box artseems to indicatethat there’s something else included, but my inability to translate Japanese (and Nintendo’s proclivity for posting text in images) means I have no idea what that might be....
